| CEO OF XANBOO & CO-FOUNDER Robert L. Diamond served as Chairman of the Board of CIDCO Incorporated, a manufacturing company of telecommunication products that he co-founded. He is the holder of a Caller ID engineering patent and, in 1996, was the recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Prior to CIDCO, Mr. Diamond was President of Robert Diamond Inc., an engineering consulting and manufacturer's representative firm he founded in 1971. He was previously Director of Marketing for North American Philips' Broadcast T.V. Division and Senior Engineer at Philco Research. He holds a BSEE from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute and graduated with high honors. He also holds a Doctor of Engineering honorary degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. |
| PRESIDENT OF XANBOO & CO-FOUNDER William Diamond was previously President, CEO, and 50% equity holder in RDI, Incorporated, an ISO900 electronics engineering and manufacturing company that owns and operates a 90,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China, employing over 700 people. William co-founded Diamond Properties, which over the past decade has acquired over 2,000,000 square feet of Class A and Class B commercial space in New York, Philadelphia, and Cincinnati. William graduated from St. Paul's School in 1987 and from Amherst College in 1991. |
| CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER / SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING & CO-FOUNDER Babak Rezvani defines and builds Xanboo hardware, software, and services. Prior to joining Xanboo, Babak worked at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center at Yorktown Heights, New York where he was involved with design and specification of next generation wearable Internet enabled devices and technologies. During his 12-year career with IBM he delivered a number of products in the areas of communication, multimedia, and personal computing. His work resulted in numerous industry recognized patents and awards such as Comdex Best of Show Award and Byte magazine Product Of The Year Award. Babak holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville & an MS degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn Polytechnic University. |
| SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT OF MANUFACTURING & CO-FOUNDER Prior to joining Xanboo as Senior Vice-president of Engineering, Mr. Ghalebi was Chief Executive of Voltek Automation Ltd., which he founded, and where he designed, developed, and marketed Europe's only fully approved intrinsically safe PIR detector, the Securilite product line and other security and energy management products. Under his direction, Voltek Automation achieved ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Standard, EECS Quality Maintenance Approval, and was awarded the Royal Appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Mr. Ghalebi has a BS in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Aston in Birmingham, England. He is a member of the British Institute of Management, the Institute of Lighting Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. |
| DIRECTOR OF SYSTEMS ARCHITECTURE Levent Turkmen leads the architecture, design and development of Xanboo Server technologies and solutions. Levent has over 12 years of software engineering and development experience on data communications, systems and network management, database design and modeling, electronic commerce, and the Internet. Prior to joining Xanboo, he worked for General Electric Information Services, where he architected and designed end-to-end, distributed software solutions, including various EDI/Internet trading systems and network/system/application monitoring, diagnostics and automation software products. Levent holds a BS degree in Computer and Controls Engineering and an MS degree in Electrical Engineering. |
| VP CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT Scott A. Gurley is responsible for security industry sales, marketing and business development. Scott has 25 years of security industry experience and has successfully started and managed several alarm companies the last of which was sold to TYCO in 2001. He also was the founder of Emergency Networks which he grew from start-up to over 10,000 new installations per month in 1991 with 40 offices operating out of 14 states. Scott holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering. |
