This is to announce the signing of an exclusive agreement between Xanboo Inc of New York USA and Technosuite Limited of Lagos Nigeria to offer Xanboo's technology of local/remote monitoring and control in the ECOWAS countries, which comprise of countries in West Africa.

This agreement took effect following the consummation of terms in the agreement required for Xanboo to provide managed hosting service on its platform for Technosuite Limited. This will enable Technosuite and associated companies offer remote monitoring and control of homes and businesses to the West African market over Internet enabled cell phones and PCs.

With this development we are glad to state that machinery is being put in place to launch the products and services in Nigeria and the other ECOWAS countries in the coming months. The service will be launched under the brand name xtmonitor.
