1. For easy panning around the room, you are
now able to save 5 points of viewing angles.
2. Account holders are now able to add up to 5
users to their account. If you have more than one
user for your account, you can now have different
usernames for each login.
Set restrictions on each username to enable/
disable features
Keep track of users that log in to your remote
account.
 
3. Limit false motion detection alarms by
controlling the sensitivity setting of your cameras.
Simply go to Device Overview, then click on
your camera setting icon.To minimize false
alarms we recommend choosing the Low or
Very Low Setting.
 
HOW TO OF THE MONTH
Q: To limit false motion detection alarms,
how do I limit the armed motion area of a camera to
just a specific area?
 
A: You are now able to control the 'armed' area of your camera. Go to the Device Overview page, then click on the setting icon of the camera, and then Motion Detection Area. You will find a grid with a snapshot. Simply select the area where you want motion to be detected and press apply changes.
